Day One



My official starting weight is 210.4. Not as bad as I expected honestly, I was hovering around 206-208 before I went on vacation on Aug. 22nd and I'm one of those people who has hard time not thinking "Oh, I'm on vacation, I'm going to eat anything and everything I can, cause you know...it's vacation". Only gaining 2-4lbs is fantastic if you ask me, I've gained 15lbs in a vacation the same length before so this is seriously awesome, I can handle that. Sure no gain would be better, but I'm taking what I can get at this point.



As promised, my goals for this week:

1. Just generally work on eating healthier. Try to make at least 75% of what I eat healthy, and avoid any binges.

2. Exercise for 30 minutes 3 times.



On a non-weightloss note, work was as busy as I thought it would be. My first official day back from vacation I worked 10 hours, and I technically worked a couple hours yesterday when I was still supposed to be on vacation. There was a big event at work today, which went over pretty well, but something had happened earlier in the day that kinda rained on the parade a bit, which definetely sucked, but from what I've heard it didn't mess too much up.
